4. Legal status and taxation

Première Moisson is a non-profit association under the French law of 1901, recognised as being of general interest. As such, donations made to the association entitle donors who pay tax in France to:

• A tax reduction of 66% of the donation for individuals, up to 20% of taxable income.
• A tax reduction of 60% of the donation for companies, up to 0.5% of turnover.

A CERFA tax receipt is automatically emailed to each donor, within a maximum of 30 days after the donation.

5. Use of donations and management costs

Première Moisson undertakes that 95% of donations go directly to humanitarian action on the ground. The remaining 5% restants are allocated to platform management costs, including:

• Technical costs (hosting, website maintenance, payment processing)
• Project coordination and monitoring (evaluation, reporting, audit)
• Institutional communication and annual accounts

The breakdown by cause is available on each cause page. The association's annual accounts are available on written request to the registered office.

All content on this website (texts, logos, illustrations, drawings) is the property of Première Moisson unless otherwise stated. Any reproduction, representation or distribution, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited.
